ShareThisAfghan deal to give prosecution immunity to US troops 21 Nov 2013 US forces remaining in Afghanistan after 2014 will have immunity from prosecution according to a draft security deal released by Kabul. On Wednesday, the Afghan Foreign Ministry released the draft of the pact that would give US troops remaining after 2014 immunity from Afghan courts. The troops will be subject to American justice instead of local courts. [Hopefully, the number of demonstrations will explode across Afghanistan against the never-ending US occupation.]
